This refund policy only applies to WordPress plugins sold and distributed by Sorsawo Digital.
Sorsawo Digital sells and distributes premium WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support for plugins sold and distributed by Sorsawo Digital, is only available for those who have an active, paid license.
At Sorsawo Digital, we want you to be completely happy with any product or service you buy from us. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let us know. Responses to your purchase email will automatically land in our inbox.
If you decide your purchase of a plugin was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 14 days of any initial purchase, we will refund the full price you paid upon request. Please note that the refund does not include the gateway fee.
Simply contact us by completing a short form and let us know you’d like a refund, with a clear explanation of why you’re not happy. No refunds are provided after 14 days, and refunds do not apply to renewals.
Your plugin license will get auto-renewed. You will receive a notification before renewal. Once your license is auto-renewed, or it is manually renewed, your credit card or PayPal account is charged and the license is renewed for 1 additional year.
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email a month prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
Your subscription can be cancelled at anytime from your account page. You will retain access to support and updates until your license key expires, one year from the purchase date.
By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
